R .l eMtctNearm eoef, Dceocpeym bteor m4et,h, File 9215-3-W, above subject,/1 enclose herewith, blind copy of our annual report for the Public Service Commission, which goes to Mr* Barry, also a memorandum of our expenses and earnings for water system during the year 1930: You will notice that we show a net loss of 12,178*75, although during the year 1930, 9$ less water was used then in 1929, and our revenue is 21$ larger than in 1929* I believe this matter should be given consideration, as soon as possible, and if Mr. F.R.McNamee and yourself will approve same, we should go before the Commission in Carson City with all rate increase and figures such as we have prepared, which I believe have been approved by both Mr. Jaekson and Mr. McNamee, (with the exception of one or two rates which can easily be adjusted) and ask for a raise in water rates, effective at once* CC - Mr* F.R.McNamee, Mr* R.L.Adamson, Mr. Deo A.
