Friday, February 29, 1952 Las Vegas Review-Journal Water District Under Discussion The final two points which I have delayed accord on the wa-j ter contract between the Las Ve­gas valley water district-and the Basic plant lessees' were being : discussed ; by the attorneys for the tw o:parties, and were, expect­ed to be resolved sometime to­day. Frank Hamilton, attorney for the district, and J. M. Mont­gom ery, engineer, for the district !were conferring with C. A.. Jones, attorney for the lessees,- and some progress was .reported this ; morning. According- to the attor­neys, the question now resolves itself into getting the highly technical language in one. sec­tion of the contract reduced to j legal- writing.
