PARDEE, JR. OF LAS VEGAS, INC., a Nevada Corporation, HOYT S. PARDEE OF LAS VEGAS, INC., a Nevada Corporation, and J. DOUGLAS PARDEE OF LAS VEGAS, INC., a Nevada Corporation, (said partnership’s address being 10639 Santa Monica Boulevard, Los Angeles 25, California), herein­after called "Subdivider," Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of Franeisco Park Subdivision, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has made appli­cation for water service to serve said tract; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said tract with water, pursuant to its rules and regulations on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada; AGREEMENT ARTICLE I.
