NWL*D* 2770-4 B I L L O F S A L E FOR VALUE RECEIVED, BEN WEINGART, an individual, whose address is 1308 Shatto Street, Los Angeles 17, California, does hereby Sell, Assign, Transfer and Set Over unto LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada Corporation, all his right, title and interest in and to that certain 8” and 6” east iron water line in location described in Article I, Section 1, of that agreement be­tween the parties hereto (identified as MNL.D. 2770-3), together with all valves, fittings, and valve boxes connected with said water lines* The said BEN WEINGART, an individual, warrants that he is the owner of the said 6" and 8n water line and connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and he will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same* IN WITNESS WHEREOF, BEN WEINGART, an individual, has caused this Bill of Sale to be duly executed this 23rd day of July___________ , 1954.
