set out in their letter of June ?th, 1913, to the Executive Committee — the hr an oh road to be ready for operation during the autumn of 1914, Whereupon, on motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED that the action of the President in authorizing the Special Committee to conclude an agreement with the Delta Land & Water Company with regard to the construction of a branch line from Delta, Utah, as above stated, be and hereby is approved. Cn motion the meeting was then adjourned.
