Dear Sir: Referring to our conversation when you were here day before yesterday, beg to advise that I have sold to 1. W. Griffith lots 5, 7 and 8 in block 4, Clark’s Las Vegas Town Site; purchase price as per our conversation to be $900.00, one fourth or $225.00 down on delivery of agreement and the balance to run for one year at the usual rate of six per cent interest on total balance. Will you kindly have agreement prepared in duplicate in favor of Mr. Griffith and send me for delivery, and I will collect amount due on same.
