Campbell and Katherine A. Campbell of Lots 4 and 5, Tract 1867, Yermo* to you. Our records Indicate that by Deed dated December 29, 1925, the Las Vegas Land and Water Company conveyed to R. M. Campbell and Katherine A. Campbell, his wife, as joint tenants, the following described property at Yermo, San Bernardino County: “Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), and Seven {?), Block Five (5), Tract No. 1867, as per map recorded In Book 27, page 72 of Maps, Records of said County.* I trust the above information will enable you to secure clear title from the Title Company.
