454 Las Vegas, Nevada September 7, 1949 The Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, met in regular session pursuant to due legal notice and call, at the regular meeting place of said Board in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Wednesday, the 7th day of September, 1949, at the hour of 3:20 o'clock P.M. The following members of the Board of Commissioners were present: Mayor: E. W. Cragin Commissioners: Wendell Bunker Robert T. Moore William Peccole Reed Whipple Also Present: City Attorney Howard W. Cannon Acting City Manager George 0. Treem City Clerk Shirley Ballinger Absent: None The meeting was called to order by the Mayor. Thereupon, the following proceedings, among others, were had and taken, to-wit: PAYROLL WARRANTS Commissioner Whipple moved that Payroll Warrants Nos. 1068, 1072 to 1074 inclusive in the net sum of $26,424.39 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same.
