Union P a c if ic , e t aJU 9* December 10, 1952 notwithstanding the provisions of subparagraphs (a), |b) and i e ) ©f this Section 3 the entire cost of the im­provements being constructed by the said Railroad Compan­ies under Los lugelea & Salt Lake Railroad Company Work Or­der 5015 covering the construction of a booster pumping sta­tion containing two pumps at Charleston Boulevard Reservoir, the construction of a 300,000-gallon, elevated, steel tank approximately 3,400 feet westerly of said reservoir,and the construction of approximately 2,500 feet of 14-inch pipe line extending fro® said pumping station to said elevat­ed tank together with incidental 10-inch pipe line, valves, etc*, which will serve the residential subdivisions on West Charleston boulevard, including Federal Homes Development, shall be borne by you and shall not be added to the basic purchase price* 4* There shall be deducted fro® the basic purchase price the umrefunded amounts, subject to refund as of the sale date, under all contracts made by Las Vegas Land and Water Company pursuant to Rule 9 of the said Mules and Regulations of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company or sim­ilar rules contained in its Mules and Regulations previous­ly on file with the Public Service Commission of ths Stats of Jisvada*
