Los Angeles, December 28, 1953 Mr, %a. Reinhardt * Lea Angeles* Attached please find copy of letter free the Las Vegas Talley Water District, signed by Hr. Harry E. Hiller, dated December 23. 1953, relative to approval by the Hater District of installation of A?5 feet of 6-inch cast iron water sain to serve portion of Block 1, Boulder Dam Hcaesite Addition, las Vegas, Heir. In view of the fact that no decision has yet been made as to whether the Hater Company should secure three construction bids for every project in line with request of the Hater District, and in view of the position taken by the Hater District in the attached letter, I am advising the sub-divider in the ease at hand, as well as in all other oases where approval of the District is being held up by them, that approval of their project by the Hater Company A® being held up awaiting the approval of the Hater District® L.
