Johnson, Las Vegas) Referring to the proposed sale of a portion of the Las Vegas Ranch to the Church of Latter Day Saints:- Question arose as to appropriation granted the State of Nevada to Las Vegas Land and Water Company for Water from LVL&WCo. Well No. 1 located on the proposed sale parcel. A copy of the application for permit to ap­propriate the public waters of the State of Nevada and the State of Nevada’s Certificate of Appropriation of Water for LVL&WCo. Well No. 1 were not available In our files. I requested copy of the above documents from the State Engineer, State of Nevada, to complete our records.
