W® IIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the kJ / / ~ day o f 1953, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company," Party of the First Part, and ADA L. BEARDEN, an in­dividual, whose address is 719 Shadow Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider," Party of th^ Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in developing the residential area east of Shadow Street north of Charleston Boule­vard, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has made application to the Company to extend its water mains by installing approximately 767 LF of 6" cast iron water mains and 12 LF of 6" fire hydrant connections in the location shown in yellow on Drawing A-1105, dated AvLg, 7js, 1953, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated; herein; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to make said extensions in accordance with its Rule 9 on file with the Public Service Com­mission of the State of Nevada; and WHEREAS, the estimated cost of making the extension applied for is $3,130.00; -1- / [-/ 3 7
