Acknowledging receipt of your letter under date of larch 30th in reference to sale of land to J.L. Russell. I note in your letter you mention "Regarding the deed which has Been prepared to cover the sale of land to J.L. Russell? If you will kindly refer to all former correspondence in this matter, you will see that this land was to he sold to Rus­sell under agreement for one year, one-fourth cash and the balance within a years time at 6/1 interest. However, I have Been Mr. Russell in regard to this matter and when the deed is prepared for him he will be satisfied with sane Subject to the mortgage held by the Guaranty Trust Company oh the rail* road's entire property.
