Description
From the Morgan Sweeney Photograph Collection (PH-00228). Highline conductor stringing from tower C11T4 to C11T5, across Black Canyon. The winch is located on the Nevada side of the canyon, pulling conductor and insulator string across the canyon, the tire is attached to 1/4 inch haul back line for visibility August 27, 1951.
