Charleston Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Fong: Your attention is respectfully invited to the provisions of City Ordinance No. 247 concerning water usage, which requires a recapture device on coolers and refrigerating machines where water is used for cooling, and prohibits waste of water. Check of your property at the above location developed the following exceptions s Air-conditioning unit water going to sewer. Should tower with lnetall/reoapture device. Will you kindly arrange to have necessary installation or repairs made, or if this has already been done, please so indicate hereon and return this to the undersigned.
