The following Work Order Authority, for retirement of property, approved by the President, was submitted for ratifi­cation: W. Oo 45, issued December 26, 1967, City of Industry, California, covering retirement of seven irregular parcels of land, being part of Lots 1, 5, 7 and 8, Block 23, Lot 8, Block 24, and portion of vacated Ninth Avenue, all in Tract No. 1343 in Handorf Industrial District No. 1, containing an area of 17,856 sq. ft. (13,233 sq.ft. - Record area). This property was conveyed to the Los Angeles County Flood Control District by Deed Audit No. L, S. 6166; sale was made pursuant to approval on behalf of U.P.R.R.Co. Executive Committee on April 25, 1967. Credit Account 202 for ledger value of property retired, Land and Public Improvements, City of Industry, California .......... SOLD $2,580.00 Chargeable as sale price $3,118.00 Creditable to Profits on Sales of Real Estate $ 538.00 Estimated cost of removal of property retired chargeable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate $ 4.00 Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President E.
