Upon the execution of this agreement and receipt of said bill of sale, and suoh necessary easements for said water mains, to pay to the Subdivide? at quarterly Intervals, thirty-five (35$) of the monthly revenue received by it from consumers located within said Tract 3, talcing service from the water mains installed hereunder for a period of ten (10) years from the date of completion of said Installation, or until the Subdivider has been repaid the agreed upon actual cost of Install­ing said water mains, not to exoeed, however, the sum of $6644.30, whichever occurs first. Other provisions as set forth In Article XXX of NLD 2501. Will you also prepare bill of sale for execution by Paradise Realty Company, Xnc., conveying title to the water main to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. W. H. Johnson
