\ real property described therein in City of Industry, California, Land Company to reserve the right to use and to permit others to use the land for any purpose not inconsistent with the easement,subject to conditions, restrictions, encumbrances, easements, licenses, or interests of any person which may affect said land, and should District abandon use of land for a continuous period of one ye^r, easement shall cease and storm drain removed at expense of District and the Land Company shall resume possession, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed0 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Hammill in executing C» L® D« No® 14738-4, supplemental agreement dated February 27, 1967 with John M® Ferrero, modifying area and extending to January 31, 1968 Contract Audit No® 10961, dated February 17, 1964, terminable on ten (10) days written notice, at monthly rental of $82.00, covering lease for growing of crops of certain land in City of Industry, California, all other terms and conditions of lease to remain in full force and effect, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed® On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Hammill and Secretary Dixon in executing amendatory agreement C® L. D. No® 12516-17, dated February 27, 1967 modifying area leased tinder Contract Audit No® 10824, dated March 15, 1957, expiring by latest extension March 14, 1967, between Las Vegas Land and ¥ater Company -3-
