In this instance, the sub-contreetors building the school waived their cus­tomary percentages and performed the work at actual cost. We have done likewise, and if our figure# are correct a refund of $33*98 is due the aufedivlder, for which we attach Form 183* The Work Order was started Movember 3 and completed December 16 and followed lines of the print attached to the Work Order.
