1/29/64 Dexter Gardner called this morning. TU 2-5990, Vincennes Hewants to know who are the Principals of the Trust and who should sign the checks. You originally suggested that three people should sign them, but the Bank thinks that two signatures are sufficient. The people Mr. Gardner mentioned as trustees are: John Hoffman, Vice President of American National Bank Father Henry Doll Holly Kilfoil (Ex Mayor as from Jan. 1 1964) Vincennes newspaper Dexter Gardner. The attorney in Vincennes who has been advising Mr. Gardner up to now is James J. Lewis. The Internal Revenue will not allow the Fund to be a tax exemption until the Trust has been set up etc.
