In the event the ntti pipe lines end pegging station shall he constructed by the District and the said existing pipe lines removed by the District as provided in Section l€ here* ot f upon the completion of the construction of said new pipe lines and the removal of said existing pipe lines# the trust fund estab­lished pursuant to the provisions of Section a© hereof shall be terminated# and any moneys therein shall be 'turned over to the District* In the event the said new pipe lines and p **y*^g station shall be constructed and the said existing pipe lines removed by Railroad Companies as provided in Section 1? hereof* the said Bank of Nevada shall pay to the' Railroad Companies* upon the commencement by Railroad Companies of the construction of said new pipe lines and pumping station* all amounts then deposited said trust fund plus interest* if any* and thereupon the obliga­tion of the District to make payments into said trust fund as provided in section i§ hereof shall terminate* thereafter the District shall pay monthly to the Railroad Companies on or before the tenth day of each succeeding month the sum of fwelve Hundred Fif t^r Dollars ($1#$$O«0©} until Railroad Companies shall have b reimbursed for the entire cost of constructing §&jj station and een interest on unpaid balances thereof at the rate of four {4} p&r cent per annum. Until the District shall have paid Railroad Com­panies In full the amounts required to be paid under the provis­ions of this Section ii* the title to said new pipe lines con­structed by Railroad Companies pursuant to the provisions of .if
