in executing letter agreement, dated June 27, 1951, from Public Works Office, Eleventh Naval District, San Diego, California, addressed to Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Las Vegas, Nevada, requesting the continuance of water service during fiscal year beginning July 1, 1951, and thereafter until further notice, furnished under Navy Department Con­tract NOy(TJ) 22681 (LVL&WCo. C. Ac 10491-2), dated July 1, 1950, with The United States of America, covering the fur­nishing by this company of water service at U. S„ Naval Reserve Training Center, located on Biltmore Annex #1, Washington Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; be, and the same is hereby, rati­fied, approved and confirmed.
