Exhibit 0 of the Contract between the Railroad and the water Company, on the one hand, and the Water District, on the other, provides that the Railroad would deliver to the Water District the original documents shown in numbered Paragraph 1, subdivisions (a), (b), and (c) of Exhibit 0. Our Accounting Department desires to make photostatic copies of such original documents as are to be turned over, prior to their delivery to the Water District, and I have been trying figure out Just what documents should be so photostated in order that it will not be necessary to do a lot of extra work. Subdivision 1(a) of Exhibit Q provides that the Water Company should turn over to the District the executed originals of all easements, licenses, leases, contracts and permits owned by the first parties for the construction, maintenance, operation and renewal over, along, upon, or across the lands of others for the water distribution facilities referred to aign resuebmpeanrta,g8raphs (f) and (g) of Section 1 of the attached Subparagraph (f) of Section 1 refers to water distribution mains and appurtenances, completed on or before September 1, 1952, and used or useful in the rendition of water
