V Well No. 7 Affidavit of Completion of Work Permit Ho, 10867 Applicant Las Vegas Land and Water Company- Las Vegas Land and Water Company by Walter R. Bracken Affidavit By Affidavit dated April 28, 1945 “That at least” $4500 has been expended in--- completion of said works and at the expense of applicant and at the expense of UPKR Co for use and benefit of applicant. Improvements consisted of: “Drilling artesian well at point of diversion to a depth of 485 feet and installing therein 275 feet of 13 3/8 inch and 216 feet of 10 3/4 inch steel lapweld casing; cementing in top casing; also 43.3 feet of 10 inch cast iron pipe from top of well to pipe connecting with settling basin, and were made at point of diversion.” “Said improvements were begun prior to April 10, 1943, and were completed prior to April 15, 1943.” Proof of Application of Water to Beneficial Use (under Permit No. 10867) does not contain statement of cost of improvements.
