Dimock Dear Mr, Dlmook: Referring to our conversation a short time ago concerning the proposed lease of the site on South Main Street, Las Veg&a formerly occupied by Martin and Moore. 1 am enclosing herewith duplicate originals of lease agreement NLD 2521 covering the site for the period June 1, 1951 to January 15, 1955, subject to termination by either party on 30 days written notice, at the annual rental of $75,00 payable In advance, plus taxes. If the agreement Is in satisfactory form will you and Kenneth D. Dimook sign both copies of the agreement and return to me in order that I may arrange for execution upon behalf of the Railroad Companies. Will also appreciate your cheek for the first years rental.
