Dear Sir:- Your letter June 13th in regard to deed to the First State Bank covering triangular portion of land out­side the townsite. I have rewritten the deed making a reservation on account of the sewer easements which were the subject of our correspondence. This is very essential for, although the recordation of the deed of easement is notice to third parties, the fact that it is recorded does not release us from liability should we execute a grant deed without making the proper reservation in relation thereto. I am enclosing herewith the original of deed for your execution and delivery upon payment of the pur­chase price. I have attested it as Secretary of the Company.
