Section 9 * Union Pacific hereby grants to the Dis­trict, affective upon the sale date, license and permission to maintain the pipe lines and pole lines indicated in broken black, and white lines, broken black and red lines and broken black and freen lines on said Exhibit *A* pending the removal of said pipe lines and pole lines In the manner and within the periods herein set forth, and while said pipe lines and pole linos remain upon the property of Union Pacific, to use strips of land aev^n and one-half Cfil feet in width on each side of the center line of said pipe lines and pole lines, for access to said lines, for the purpose of enabling the district to maintain or remove the same* The license and permission herein granted shall be sub­ject to the right of Union Pacific to construct roads,highways, pipe lines and wire lines over and across said strips and to use its property for any purpose whatsoever which will sot un­reasonably interfere with the use of said pipe lines and power lines by the District daring the period during which the Dis­trict shall have the right to maintain said lines upon the property of Onion Pacific* Section 10* If within three (3) years from the sale date the District shall not have completed the construction of the new facilities and the removal of the existing facilities referred to in Sections 1 and 2 hereof and Union Pacific shall not have given notice to the district of it® intention to per­form said work as provided in lection 3 hereof, the Union Pa­cific as of said date shall, have the right to recover from the District the difference in the market value of the lands owned by Union Pacific shown outlined in yellow tint on Jxhlblt *A* and the market value which said lands would have had on said date bad the new pipe lines and pumping station referred to in Sections I and 3 hereof been completed and the existing pipe lines and pole lines referred to in Sections 1, 2 and 3 here-
