LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Collch Construction 2-1605 CLD 15739 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E, Hammill in executing construction agreement C. L. D. 15739, effective July 31, 1967, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Colich Construction Co.; work to be performed hereunder to be completed in approximately ninety calendar days, covering the furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, tools, machinery, plant equipment, apparatus, appliances, transportation for and means of construction, including fuel and power, and all other items as required to construct sewer line, manholes, and all appurtenances thereto, necessary excavation, and removal and replacement of street paving, all as necessary to serve the Land Company’s property in City of Industry, California; total estimated cost of work is $37,478.56; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
