Los Angeles, Hay 2, 1951 733* Hr. P. Q. Martin - Los Angeles (eo - Hr. G. D. Jopllng) Referring to V. 0. 4728 covering the Installation of pumps on Veils Nos. 8-10 and 11 at Las Vegas. On Order #36-SD-105-X Worthington Pump and Machinery Corporation furnished a vertical turbine pump with a 25 HP vertical hollow shaft motor. Due to an overload on this motor Worthington Is supplying at no charge a 30 HP replacement motor, and ask that we have the original 25 HP motor returned to them. For the return of this motor they have furnished the attached return apparatus tag #37478, and request that this tag be given to the party who w ill actually make shipment of this motor from Las Vegas. They advise further that their Denver factory expected to ship the replacement motor the week of April 30th. W ill you please handle as requested by the Worthington Corporation.
