Grouse whereby we lease to the latter the Ranch at Vegas for two years at an annual rental of ^SOO.oo. I Jtave also received from Dr. Bracken a check for §20Q,oo covering the first year's rent in advance, but as same is made out in favor of Mr. Clark it will be necessary for him to indorse same and I have forwarded it to him for that purpose and as soon as received will send to you.
