Water CompanyIs Original "N"L,D, 2715 XJNT RAvii 1 0 2 1 2 fiQSlSSE U THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the ---day 0f 1953, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company,” Party of the First Part, and 0, M, KULIEN, an individual, whose address is 715 East Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider,” Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Lasj,Vegas, Clark County, NevadaJ and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in developing his property, Lots 1 to 7 and 17 to 23 of Block 25 of Pioneer Heights Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has made application to the Company to ex­tend its water mains as follows: Commencing at a connection with existing 6" cast iron water main on the north side of Bonneville Avenue at center line of alley between 11th Street and Maryland Parkway, thence southwesterly a distance of approximately 240 feet along center line of alley to point of ending; WHEREAS, the Company is willing to make said extension in accordance with its Rule 9 on file with the Public Service Com­mission of the State of Nevada; and WHEREAS, the estimated cost of making the extension applied for is $1,208.00; - 1 - A / ? - * "
