Transcription
dated April 7, 1952, between LVL&WCo., called “Land Company”, and Benefit Association of Railway Employees, called "Insurance Company”, granting Insurance Company the privilege of soliciting hospital and surgical benefit insurance among such employees of the Land Company as are members of Union Pacific Railroad Employees Hospital Association, said agreement taking effect as of April 7, 1952, and continuing in effect for a period of two years, subject to termination by either party upon 90 days* written notice; Land Company to deduct insurance premiums from wages of such employees who sign orders for said insurance and to pay over to Insurance Company such premiums less 2|$ of amount so collected which shall be retained by Land Company as compensation for handling of such orders; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Seitz and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&WCo. LS Deed Audit No. 5164 (C. Do No. 58530), dated April 10, 1952, conveying to Andrew J. Ogan and Margaret J. Ogan, his wife, Lots 8 and 9, Block 2, Tract 1867, Yermo, California; subject to; 1 - General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1951-1952; 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; 3 - An unrecorded easement for a power transmission line across the rear of above described parcel of land granted by Las Vegas Land and Water Company to Southern Sierras Power Company under date of April 1, 1928; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo. all minerals and all
