On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing Deed Audit No. 4569, dated October 7, 1943, from LVL&WCo., Grantor, to John Curci and L. A. Turner, copartners doing business under the firm name and style of Orange Belt Fruit Distributors, Grantee, conveying portions of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Block 26, Pomona, California; subject to general and special taxes for fiscal year 1943-1944, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith, and other conditions, restrictions, easements and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving to Grantor all coal, oil and other min­eral rights; consideration ijp.0.00 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing grant deed, D.A. #506, dated October 15, 1943, in favor of Jesse J. Shappy and Fern D. Shappy, husband and wife, conveying that certain parcel of land, situated in Arcadia, Los Angeles County, California, being Lot 22, Tract 8504, as per map recorded in Book 107, Page 56 of Maps, Records of said County, and Lot 5, Tract No. 5205, as per map recorded in Book 54, Page 61, of Maps, Re­cords of said County, except that portion of Lot 5 conveyed to AT&SFRyCo. by LVL&WCo. by deed, dated June 7, 1940; subject to general and special taxes for the fiscal year 1943-1944, includ­ing any special district levies, payment for which is included -3-
