ACQUISITION OF LAND UPRR RESOLUTION ACCEPTING R/W DEED Alta Drive RESOLUTION ACCEPTING R/W DEED 21st St. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING R/W DEED 25th St. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING R/W DEED Palomino Dr. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. Commissioner Bunker moved to pay the Union Pacific Railroad $910.00 for acquisition of a 30 foot strip of land south of the cemetery in Section 26, T20S, R6lE, MDB&M. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. At this time the Board considered a right of way deed for street purposes on Alta Drive. On motion of Commissioner Whipple, duly seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED this 17th day of March, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed dated the 5th day of March, 1954, executed by Ada Gardner and Raymond C. Gardner to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. At this time the Board considered the right of way deed for street purposes on 21st Street. On motion of Commissioner Whipple, duly seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED this 17th day of March, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada. that the deed dated and executed as follows: a) Samuel Salerno, Fred and Wilma Young, Eugene A. & Betty S. Stanfill, dated February 26, 1954 to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted for the pur­poses and intentions as therein set forth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. At this time the Board considered the right of way deed for street purposes on 25th Street. On motion of Commissioner Whipple, duly seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED, this 17th day of March, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed dated the 2nd day of March, 1954, executed by Madsen Construction Corporation to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be and is hereby accepted for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. A deed for street purposes on Palomino Drive was presented to the Board at this time for consideration. On motion of Commissioner Whipple duly seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made. BE IT RESOLVED this 17th day of March, 1954 by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed dated the 6th day of February, 1954, executed by The First Baptist Church of Las Vegas to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board.
