IAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary How in executing C. L. D* 15377*2, amenda­tory agreement dated January 4, 1967 with Westwood Ceramic Supplies, Inc., amending agreement dated April 28, 1966, granting Westwood option to purchase parcel of land described therein, in City of Industry, California; with respect to location and width of easement for sanitary sewer line pur­poses, and elimination of one of the encumbrances; all other terms and conditions of said agreement dated April 28, 1966 to remain in full force and effect, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and aonfirmed.
