\ On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider C.L.D. No. 7499, dated August 23, 1946, terminating as of Sept. 13, 1946, agreement Audit No. 9923, between LVL&WCo. and Mutual Orange Distributors, dated August 5, 1938, expiring November 30, 1950 (assigned Jan. 1, 1944, by said Mutual Orange Distributors to Riverside Citrus Association), covering lease of packing house, located at Prospect and Penrose Streets, Riverside, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider C.L.D. 7548, dated September 19, 1946, extending to October 14, 1947, term of lease agreement Audit No. 10260 with California Walnut .'Growers Association, Lessee, dated August 20, 1943, expiring October 14, 1946, covering Vegetable Shed No. 4, Los Angeles, California, to be used for storage of walnuts; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days' written notice; rental §150 per month, payable monthly in advance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Asst. Secre­tary Matthai in executing agreement C.L.D. No. 7543, dated Sept. 30, 1946, with Quaker Oats Company, extending from Sept. 30, 1946, to Dec. 31, 1946, option to purchase from this Company Lots 60, 61 and 62, Union Pacific Tract, East Yard, Los Angeles, Calif.; said option having been granted Quaker Oats Company under agreement -6-
