M. SOUTHARD, doing business under the ficti­tious ppfflp of SOUTHARD and DOWNEY, with place of business located at 1$ N. 7th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider," Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: Recitals WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of a portion of Block 8 and 10 of Mayfair Tract No. 2, as per plat thereof on file and of Record in Book 2 of Plats at Page kj, Clark County Nevada Records, all in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and has sade application to the Company to extend its water mains as fellows: Commend ng at a connection with the existing main at the northeast corner of Lot H in Block 7, Mayfair Tract #2, thence easterly across Spencer Street a distance of 370 feet, more or less, to the common line between Lots 19 «pri 20 of Block 10; thence northerly between Lots 19 and 20, a distance of 257 feet, more or less, across Lewis Avenue to a point 3 feet south of the northeast corner of Lot 21, Block 8, thence weeteri. y 23 feet, more or less, to a point in Lot 21, Block 8, thence northerly a distance of 320 feet, more or less, to an end at the south line of Lot 12, Block 8, a distance of 3 feet, more or less, from the southeast corner of said Lot 12.
