10 *»In connection with the minutes of April 4, while no action was taken, the reason was that the proposed publication of the report would be some time away and action at that time was not considered necessary. There was no mention of abandoning the idea, nor any indication that the time the audit report would be completed would have any particular bear­ing on the decision to publish it. I thought it better to clear this point up, since the minutes might be interpreted as indicating that the publication would not be feasible because of the date of completion of the audit report. It was agreed by the Directors present that the District»s financial state­ment for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1956 should be published, and the Manager was authorized to proceed accordingly. ADJOURNMENT There being no further action before the Board, a motion was duly made by Director Rosevear, seconded by Director _ DuBravac, and unanimously approved, that the meeting be adjourned until 7:30 P.
