These figures might be compared with those shown on page 9 of Mr. Hulslzer's report which cover the year 1938. The Commission, in that investigation, was quite critical of our accounting practices, especially of our practice of charging interest at 6 per cent on the Investment and depreciation of 4 per oent on the entire facilities. lo opinion has been handed down as the result of that investigation, as yet, but 1 anticipate that those two items will be given serious consideration by the Public Service Commission.
