M ille r o f Reno and the con tract fo r the con­stru ctio n o f the sewage pumping plant and additions to the f i n a l s e t t lin g tanks was awarded to Lerabke Construction Comwp a<n-?y~,, o f Las Vegas. On May 23, 1952 we were adVLsed ly you that a t such time as the above bonds were sold and contracts awarded the s a le to the c it y o f the proposed pumping plant s it e would be consummated.
