We f u r t h e r a g r e e d that before a n y n e w water service connections are made, the W a t e r C o m p a n y w i l l make a s u r v e y to determine that all w a t e r - u s i n g f a c i l i t i e s i n s t a l l e d comply w i t h C i t y requirements. D u r i n g the conference, w e a d v i s e d the Public Service C o m m i s s i o n that, as our records indicate our pre s e n t w a t e r rates are Inadequate to net a f a i r r e t u r n o n our investment, w e a n t i c i p a t e d f i l i n g i n the n e a r future a n app l i c a t i o n f o r a general increase I n rates. T h e attitude of the members of the Public Service Commission, as w e l l as that of the C i t y
