D. !©« 16103, dated August 16, 1966, Offer of Dedication, to the County of Los Angeles, California, declaring that the sanitary sewers and appurtenant structures constructed under Private Contract Mo* 8098 In accordance with the plans filed in the office of the County Engineer, are built for public use and that upon their acceptance by the County of Los Angeles, all right, title, and interest of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company in and to said sewers shall vest in said County; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved, and confirmed* Adopted
