CITIZENS' LIBRARY Commissioner Sharp stated the Commissioners had read the proposed letter of ASSOCIATION the Citizens' Library Association and gave their approval for it to he sent to the State Librarian. He added he felt they should be commended for their Letter to State efforts. Librarian Approved -0O0- There being no further business to come before the Board, at the hour of 10:25 P.M. Commissioner Elwell moved this meeting adjourn. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Elwell; Fountain; Sharp; Whipple and His Honor Mayor Gragson voting aye; noes, none. APPROVED ORAN K.
