The undersigned do hereby locate and claim fifteen hundred feet for mining purposes on this [lead?], lode, or Ledge, or deposit of [silver?] bearing rock and [not legible] to be known and described as the George Mine, [Commencing?] at this more [not legible] upon which this notice is placed and running seven hundred and fifty feet in a westerly direction and seven hundred and fifty-feet in an Easterly direction on and along the said [Lead?], Lode, or Ledge or deposit of silver bearing rock and or, and including three hundred feet on each side [not legible] for mining and [not legible] purposes, [not legible] and inland to hold and work said claim and mining ground in accordance with the Mining [not legible] of the United States approved May 10th 1881 and in accordance with the mining [not legible] of El Dorado [not legible] Mining [not legible], Lincoln County, State of Nevada Said mine is situated on [not legible] Hill ½ mile [not legible] of the January Mine Formulary known as the [not legible] Mine [not legible] [February?] 3rd 1883
