I note that you were furn ish ed with a copy o f our ’fork Order 4707 approved September IB , 1923 which covers the new 12” water w e ll and in c id e n ta l pipe lin e . By referen ce to that Work Order a lso our AJFTC request No. 228 you w i l l observe that they contemplate d iv e rtin g the supply from the abandoned lower sp rin gs f o r ir r ig a t io n purposes.
