CORY, all of its right, title and interest in and to those certain refunds of revenue and the right to receive such refunds of revenue, as provided in section 1. of Article II of that certain agreement identified as N.L.D. 2691, Audit No. 10700, dated the 30th day of June, 1953, between the undersigned corporation and the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, covering the installation of water lines in Hyde Park Subdivision # 2 in the city of Las Vegasj and the undersigned corporation hereby authorizes and directs the Las Vegas Land and Water Company and the Las Vegas Valley Water District, or either of them, to pay to Calvin M, Cory all refunds of revenue which the undersigned corporation may be entitled to receive pursuant to the aforesaid agreement.
