Absent: Commissioner Peccole Commissioner Whipple moved the following applications for additional gaming licenses for the 2nd quarter of 1953 be approved: FIFTH STREET LIQUOR STORE Gordon Potter 725 South 5th 1 slot LARNIN DRUG C.R. Millhizer 1418 South 5th 1 slot WITTWER MOTEL Reed & Lester Wittwer 700 North Main 2 slots Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. Commissioner Bunker moved the resignation of Jack Hynds, Jr. as. chairman of the Plumbers Exam­ining Board by accepted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, Commissioner Bunker moved this meeting adjourn. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Peccole.
