Walsh and R. A* Richhart; taxes were inadvertently included in our voucher covering the first installment of 1925 taxes and it will therefore be necessary for us to obtain refund from the purchasers of these lots* Upon receipt of the tax bills which are now in the hands of the County Treasurer I will advise you of the amount to be collected from each party and will prepare bills collectible in the usual manner which will be forwarded to you by Mr. Barry for collection* As stated to you in conversation today, these / CHC. .M cc-Mr. C.
