m i Q U PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY The Chairman referred to proposed sale to Las Fegas Fatley Water District of certain water-bearing lands, water rights and water production, storage and transmission facilities owned by Los Angeles A Salt Lake Railroad Company and leased to Union Pacific Railroad Company and of the water distribution system owned and operated by Las Fegas Land and Water Company at Las Fegas, Wevada, and presented conformed copy of agreement dated June 1, 1953, executed by the parties to the sale. Whereupon, on motion duly made and seconded, it m s unanimously RESOLVED, That the execution on behalf of Union Pacific Railroad Company by A. 1.
