Vegas Drive Madison Avenue Madison Avenue Alley Blk 3, Grandview Add'n Van Buren & "L" St. Jackson Avenue BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. At this time the Board considered the acceptance of a right-of-way deed for street purposes on Vegas Drive, executed by Donald and Eleanor Nagley and dated July 27, 1954. On motion of Commissioner Jarrett, duly seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED this 18th day of August, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed, dated the 27th day of July, 1954, executed by Donald and Elenor Nagley to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. Consideration was given at this time to the acceptance of a right-of-way deed for street purposes on Madison Avenue executed by Ida Mae Robinson, Ray M. Collins and Melgee Harris, dated August 9, 1954. On motion of Commissioner Jarrett, duly seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED this 18th day of August, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed dated the 9th of August, 1954, executed by Ida Mae Robinson, Ray M. Collins and Melgee Harris, dated August 9, 1954, to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. On motion of Commissioner Jarrett, duly seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED this 18th day of August, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed dated the 9th day of August, executed by Henry and Marie Tayor to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. The Board considered the acceptance of a right-of-way deed for an alley in Block 3, Grandview Addition, executed by Floyd and Muriel Snyder, dated August 12, 1954. On motion of Commissioner Jarrett duly seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED this 18th day of August, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed dated the 12th day of August, 1954, executed by Floyd and Muriel Snyder to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be and is hereby accepted for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board . Consideration was given to the acceptance of a right-of-way deed for street purposes on Van Buren Avenue and "L" Street, executed by Betty Jackson and dated August 18th, 1954. On Motion of Commissioner Jarrett, duly seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED, this 18th day of August, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed dated the 18th day of August, 1954, executed by Betty Jackson to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board.
